about new diesel

Our company was established on 19.12.2006 and our primary activity is producing methyl-ester from rapeseed oil. Our full manufacturing capacity of 40.000 tonnes of MERO per year should be reached by the end of 2008.

Our financial partner and the main investor is the Slovak American Enterprise Fund, a venture capital investment fund which invests financial sources in the small and medium-size enterprises segment.

The key contractors are RMO – the main contractor of technologies and BELAR – the main contractor of raw materials sources. The main strategic goal is to become the most prominent highly effective producer of biodiesel in Slovakia.
